Study our curriculum anyplace, anytime. Each online Cascade Dafo Institute course is made up of multiple lessons. Each lesson concludes with a quiz and each course wraps up with a final test. Designed to take approximately one hour each to complete, online lessons include instructor narration, video demonstration, graphic illustrations, links to additional information, and interactive learning reinforcement.

CEU Information
American Board for Certifications in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics
The following online courses have been approved for Category I continuing education credits for Orthotists, Orthotic Assistants, and Orthotic Technicians:
- Course 1: Assessing Pediatric Patients for Dynamic Lower Extremity Orthoses
- Course 3: Casting for DAFOs
In order to receive credit for the above-listed courses, you must take each lesson within the course and pass the final course test with a score of 80% correct or better. Participant names and test scores are submitted to ABC in O&P on a quarterly basis. Upon successful completion of each course, you may print out a completion certificate for your records by visiting the “Reports” section of our online education system and selecting “Course Completion Certificates” from the drop down box at the top of the page.
Physical Therapists (state APTA chapters and state licensing boards)
At the current time, we have not applied for pre-approval of our online courses for continuing education units for license renewal. Please continue to check this page for updated information.
